Horrible. I asked them to cancel my plan after my contract was up, looked around and decided to stay with them but try a different plan/more expensive plan as they were going to give me a $15 discount. Fine. Fast forward a month they say I have to send my modem back and if I don’t they’ll charge me $100. So I ring them, they say it’s a mistake. Same day I try use my internet, seems that they never cancelled the disconnection, so then I ring them to query it, again a mistake. They’ll need to recconnect me. I then check my billing and see they didn’t apply my discount, the $15. By now I’m well and truely over it. ...read more

Totally satisfied with my 60GB Wireless system. Has exceeded my expectations for speed (up to 61mbs at peak) and, so far, very reliable. The staff at Wireless Nation are unfailingly courteous and willing to help.Beats 4-5mbs ADSL!
Pros
Very good speed (up to 61mbs at peak and averages of 25-45mbsbetween 25 and 45mbs.
Cons
Have had to give away my trusty old copper landline. Still acclimatising to VOIP!

Live chat was really helpful but they have to improve the information they give on their website so we don't have to go to live chat

Terrible company. Started off ok being reasonably priced and reliable, but over the last few months price has gone up and we are regularly getting Internet drop-outs. The icing on the cake was when they didn't send me the usual monthly invoice, then had the audacity to suspend my service without warning as I hadn't paid (no invoice to pay anyway). After paying the invoice immediately via Internet Banking, I discovered it would take 3 days for my services to be restored. No humans were available when I rang their support line. Looking for a new ISP - Megatel look like a pretty good option. ...read more
Pros
None anymore
Cons
Service can be suspended without warning and the customer support seems to be non-existent, if you want to talk to a human.
