Now NZ had an issue with UFB in Auckland causing high latency for a week after I signed up. Their communication around this was poor and it took time to get a date for restoration. Other than that they are good value for money.

Got Broadband and power, first month was fine next the power jumped 35% (25c KWH to 36c KWH) with no reason given, then charged massive exit fees because it was a bundle, just a big scam and have taken this to Utility's Disputes.

I switched to NOW 2 years ago and have not regretted it at all. Whilst they are not the cheapest provider they are by far the most reliable and customer focused provider I have ever dealt with. They are always available to help, fix issues quickly and you can always get hold of someone who knows what they are talking about.
