Phoned the call centre nr. Within seconds Maddy picked up and helped me with so mich care, respect and willingness. Going the extra mile to make sure we had a successful transaction and our account was reactivated within seconds whilst I was on the line. No back and forth and misunderstandings and not knowing what I wanted done. She was fast and effective. Thank you very much.

1 call and all sorted

Cons

Accounts can phone a customer and they can try to get things sorted before the account is suspended. Something small can be rectified fast and effectively without any delays for parties involved.

Fast connection only took two days to be connected I had a fault due to previous owners on the chorus box and was fixed in 24 hours good service overall very happy customer

Great company with customer service people who are rock stars. They just get things done and when something goes wrong they are empowered to put things right and ensure they retain customers. If you have been with them for more than a year, ask for a customer loyalty discount, you never know they might just approve it.

Their pricing for plans isnt always the best deal going around but you can ask them to match a competitors price and they will usually match it

VERY POOR SERVICE FROM MARK...these people are very expensive by comparison with MyRepublic and Contact Energy and they are a Fibre Reseller of VOYAGER which maybe why their router does not work when rebooted...4 days without internet due to poor service.

VERY POOR SERVICE, Poor setup, Expensive and they sting you for charges and dont allow you to contract out using the consumer guarantee act when they don't deliver if you do any business from home( who doesn't)..NASTY
