Been using SimplyBroadband service for a year and had no major problem so far. Twice minor issues happened but resolved faster than I thought it would with great response from support team.

The best customer service bar none! You will always have to contact CS at some stage and normally that will be VERY frustrating. Not with Simply Broadband! Everything is quick, easy and as expected.

Great company. We had a weird situation and they were a massive help, even late in the evening. Other companies seem to waste so much of the customers time. These guys were fantastic.

Absolutely fabulous. Very easy to change from our previous provider. No hassle at all and speed etc hasn't changed. Couldn't really rate the support as the service is so good we haven't needed to contact them
