A very disappointing experience with this company. The internet speed is extremely slow and unreliable, and the service quality does not meet expectations. On top of the connection issues, the customer service experience was very poor. Some staff members were rude, unprofessional, and used inappropriate language when communicating with customers. Very slow internet speed. Unstable connection with frequent service issues. Poor customer service. Some staff members were rude and unprofessional. Disrespectful communication and lack of effort to resolve customer problems.

Very disappointing experience. The internet service was poor, and I had no connection for the first two weeks due to issues on the provider's side, yet I was still charged for the full month. The staff were rude and unprofessional whenever I contacted them, and they showed no interest in resolving my issue. Customer service was extremely poor. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company to anyone. Very poor accounting overcharged me $58 after disconnect. Terrible gaming ,packet loss and nat issues.
