Signed up when I needed a reliable connection at a cheap price and got the best help setting up my own router. Have stayed with this provider for several years and have since upgraded my connection for a bigger household. Super wonderful service and high quality internet!!

Great internet, great service, quick and clear communication, competitive prices, BYO router

Cons

Might be tricky if you aren’t super tech savvy as you need to set up your own router but I would encourage everyone to learn the basics of how their internet works anyways

Avoid unless your friends with the staff.
What your getting is the scraps of Vettas network which then goes to staff and there friends, your left with what ever is left over.
I was getting disconnections when downloading 80GB which they said was there ddos protection. And during peak hours speeds dropped to 100mbit on a 2/2G plan. Got the run around for months. I have to agree with all the other reviews. What you need to know: 1. customer service is terrible at best. you can only chat with reps via the app. you have to keep the chat as the active screen on app (no multitasking). if you aren't present for 30 seconds they will drop the chat and back you go to the end of the cue. 2. they said they would do something but didn't. which would require a 2nd chat to follow up.

I have been with 2 degrees for over ten years, and I am leaving them as soon as my contract is up. Their customer service sucks, and their broadband is worse than useless. Also, I had to move house, and when that happened, I was 300 dollars in credit with them, but during that process, they tried to tell me that I owed them 300 dollars; they even went so far as to try to take that money from my bank account.
