Utterly poor service from Spark. Disconnected service without warning. Spoke to at least 24 people from Spark when I was passed off to different teams / had to follow up, but each time, no-one seemed to know what the status of my re-connection was. Poor poor service.
The only area Spark seemed to be capable in was extracting the early termination fee when I terminated the contract with them. Pity they are not capable in dealing with their incompetencies.
Spark disconnected my service without warning. Spark Blamed Chorus. No-one at Spark seemed to know what was happening. Get passed off to multiple Spark customer service representatives. Things not carried out when Sp ...read more

We have repeatedly telephoned Spark and gone into their shop to ask for help and don't get anywhere. Now out of the blue they are trying to force us into changing to fibre. We have been asking about this for the last year and had no help of any kind. We had to buy a new modem which has since broken. We pay $100 a month for irregular and unreliable service. We have been with Spark for years. We had mobile phones with them which was also expensive. When we changed to 2 d ...read more

Needs to keep up with new software like windows 10. Too expensive and not much different than the cheaper options. what about a discount bundle price for phone, mobile and broadband. Look at the UK market for how the future will look.
Speed is not bad, lots of extra stuff; antivirus, lightbox, discount tickets etc.
Expensive compared to the others. Free antivirus doesn't work with windows10. Automatic configuration app doesn't work with windows10. So unless you use yesterday's technology useless free stuff.

This was a new connection but we have had at our other premises. We decided not to use them for this new connection
The connection was reliable
You could never get them to answer the phone if we needed to talk to them. They always had to ring back (which they did) but by then you had given up what you were wanting to do

It's really not bad when it works.
Sadly, you can never count upon when that's going to be, nor how long it will work for.
A week or two after the tech comes out, or you spend 2 hours on the phone with support to arrange things seems miraculous.
You can have them call you without listening to the hold music.
When it works, it's at least average.
Disconnects. Horrible lag, and terrible latency. Buffer/load times, with random stoppages on Netflix or light box.
