Not happy with Spark service ...at all. I did not have unlimited plan. Had to buy more data....fine. Did not know that once I had purchased and paid for 10 gb data times 5...that I would be left without internet connection until my due date "roll over" came round. In this day and age, this should never happen. Have now changed my provider, an unlimited plan as well. Hopefully I will be better served. 4g was very slow and we had to reset the modem for the home phone to work. Would have been dangerous if we had to call emergency services and you have the reset the modem first. Very poor.

does not come on straight away. I have to first disconnect then connect to get on internet. bit of a pain

Everything is fine with the connections it self. The Fiber connection price is not comparative enough. They were charging $95 a month where as other companies were providing the same at lower prices.
almost always the connection speed(Fiber) hits more than 100MBPS for spark Naked100 plan.
99% reliable just a couple of glitches in a year.. so very good.
Connection price is at the nigh end for a basic fiber 100/20 MB connection.

Have to reboot VDSL modem every day. Two different modems have this problem, so presumably the problem is at Spark's end. Maybe not investing in old-tech now that fibre is coming?
Spark is expensive, but had us locked in for years with email. Have now changed to GMail and are shopping for a better deal.

Horrible broadband provider. Do not trust.
Everything. It uses 120 gigs way too fast and customer support was horrible.

I have been with them for the last two years without any problems. Their communication has been outstanding and they were quick to offer good deals when asked (unlike MyRepublic who refused to even consider a small deal). Their support team on Facebook was very professional and made it easy to deal with.

- Very good deals (just ask!)
- Great speeds with little to no dropouts experienced.
- Nothing that I can think of.

There were a particular month with a lot of connection issue. They did not explain what is really going on. i was happy with them the most of times except the month.
