Fibre: Applies to all orders. If you already have Fibre installed at your premises, we'll arrange remote activation. Otherwise, they'll organise a standard install which will require a technician to visit and consult on how to get Fibre installed.
ADSL/VDSL: Applies to all orders. We'll arrange for a standard install and activation of broadband on your existing phone line.*
* In a small number of cases, factors such as degradation to internal wiring, faulty or mis-configured end-customer equipment, may mean that the service doesn’t work with a standard install. In these cases, an upgrade to include wiring will be required and additional charges may be applicable where the issue proves to be outside of the carrier network.
