After being with Spark for years they put their price up so much. I wanted to keep the old landline as well and Slingshot offered a good deal that Spark weren't interested in matching. Friends had warned to stay away from Slingshot but I signed up 3 months ago anyway. The communication and change over was so smooth, the phone was only off for 10 mins and the ADSL internet speed is just as fast and reliable as before. Relied on this company while i moved to new place, 14 days and they were unable to make it work (the fibre cable setup was already on property). Furthermore they stopped replying to my query emails, about why it is taking that much time. Awful Service!!

Very average company that signed us up on the premise of great support and reliability. No sooner had they tried connecting us that we lost all internet connection and phone lines. Called the service centre several times as soon as this happened to be told that a service technician will get hold of me ASAP.
