No roll over data no sign ever of Fibre getting here and yet live 8 minutes from Henderson city centre. Fibre is stopping down the road big impact on my business probably leaving spark soon and going wireless

A bit laggy sometimes

My Spark ADSL Broadband was reliable and the service was prompt & friendly when needed occasionally. But Spark is getting too expensive for my basic requirements. Flip offers a naked Broadband ADSL service that meets my needs for $30/month less than Spark and so I'm transferring to Flip next week. Hope it works out well.

Good provider, but they charge like a wounded bull.

unable to run internet TV and poor connectivity since switching to spark
Easy to get in touch with.
But it doesn't work

I never wish to have anything to do with Spark again ! Their customer service is abysmal, most of the reps, can't speak decent English and after hours you get re-directed to another country.
I have encountered over one month without internet, intermittent internet, interminable waits for customer service, going into the hours.
Without my tenacity, most would have given up.
I got a bit of a refund, other than than that no, Lightbox is useless.
