I have loved NOW fibre over the past year. Their customer service is 10/10 - the team are friendly and are happy to help - the best I have experienced with an internet provider. We signed up with NOW originally due to a promotion they were running at the time. I have been with Now broadband for a few years, and I recently got talked around to trying another company, but within less than 24 hours. I came back to now broadband and they had me up and running quick as a flash. I should never have left. 10/10

I would recommend NOW, as you are able to communicate to someone straight away. Also the problem is dealt the very next day. As we live rural l found this excellent, as in the past with our last provider's we have waited 8 to 10days.

Firstly, they take forever to get you connected. It took them over two weeks to connect my internet even when I already had fibre installed at the house and the ONT was set up and the fibre provider assured me it was fine from there end. Yet after being on hold with 2degrees for hours multiple times they told me they cannot do anything more to spend up the process. I have had multiple other companies connect me the same day I have made a request.
