I am with Ubernet for over 10 years now. I think that's the best feedback I can give. And I have no plans to change providers.

Pros

Customer service exceeds expectations. One time they fixed a connection (water damage) on a Saturday evening. They monitor my connection and even call when they see something is odd.

Being a newbie to internet I researched thoroughly and found NOW to be the best for me.Phone was answered promptly and assistance was excellent,explaining everything to me.Installation was quick
I would have no hesitation to refer anyone to this provider.Office in New Zealand and phone answered promptly.Always kept informed of any issues affecting users.

*Slow speeds, *Poor Customer Service and Support
I have been paying for 300mbps fiber for months but barely get half that speed while connected via a LAN cable. said they would send out chorus to investigate twice and they never come. They open a fault ticket then 2 days later close the ticket without doing any work.
