Worst service ever and the email (xtra) has no spam filters so there is no way to stop spam from infiltrating your email. I was hacked and Spark did nothing.
Service terrible, no resolution after months of issues.
Speed of internet also varies with number of people on line in the area, after school and on rainy days, it is dial up speed. Old wires, slow to provide fibre.

It is impossible to get customer service from spark.
Market leader. Phone app to manage account
Absolutely close to impossible to get through to support. Then follow up is poor. When we had a major issue, getting anyone to be proactive and own the issue took a complaint to the telecommunication disputes resolutions service. Then I had a call within an hour more

I want to change but Spark is obstructive and is trying to charge early exit fees despite conflicting emails that say I can leave without charge - I believe Sparge is deliberately trying to keep me as a customer despite poor service - Is there a broadband/mobile ombudsperson I can approach - thanks 0274797947
