Spark OK but like all other large companies does not have enough staff to cope with customers enquiries and employs people who first language is not English .
Makes policy decisions that suit them and not their customers.

Shocking customer service way to much hassle trying to access your account when someone else puts there name as the owner of the account and your the main bill payer. Been loyal to these guys for years when there name was Telecom. And cant even access the account. Time for change
Pros
TBH cant think of anything
Cons
they add a $2.50 charge for sending the bill by mail. Too expensive for crap service.

Got the 100/20 fibre package from Spark, but the reality is the download speed was never better than 50MB/s, which was half of advertised and less than adequate for video calls. The connection often dropped off esp on a cloudy or rainy day. The modem came with the package was below average also in terms of performance and signal strength. I once received a bill of $900 by Spark's system error for what was supposedly a free-switch after I moved to current address. The coordination between Spark and Chorus was hopeless. Overall a rip-off for what I paid and I would not recommend Spark to anyone. ...read more
Pros
Free 3rd party subscriptions (eg lightbox) with contract. Free modem with contract. Well established online support system (eg booking a call)
Cons
Poor speed. Poor reliability. Over priced. Error-prone invoicing system. Weak modem.

Has been very reliable, however the plans aren't competitive. Lightbox is free, supposedly, however other Spark plans make it obvious that Lightbox is NOT free!
Pros
reliable
Cons
pricing is NOT competitive
