The service has always worked well. Some days there is slow internet or the internet will time out, but the service has been reliable and valuable.
It has good speed, reliablilty and the comapny is well known
The price is standard and does not stand out as being a great deal.

Internet kept dropping out and has done for months. Really annoyed at Sparks extra charge for paying by credit card, just greedy adding that!! They also charged me an "Inconvenience fee" because I was a couple of days late paying one bill. No customer good will there. Would never recommend them!!

good app, reasonable service although always had to wait for a call back
confusing and complicated charging, including overcharging a couple of times, slow internet (even though it's fibre)

Even though I was assured at sign-up that I could keep my non-Spark email address, the reality was different. Any time I made an unrelated change to my account (e.g. install fibre, quit my landline) my email access would disappear. I was then told it was impossible to use an email address from another ISP. After days of long phone calls the problem would eventually be escalated and resolved. The tech staff have zero empathy, only the 'customer retention' staff have that quality. Non-Spark email not welcome. Billing account was not always delivered meaning I was often paying an overdue account.
