We switched to NOW Broadband for our home internet nearly 18 months ago and are very happy with their service and support. There is always someone on the other end of the phone when you ring, and they work quickly to resolve any issues (which have been very few I'm happy to say). I like that they're a NZ company, and while small they definitely punch above their weight. 100% happy to recommend them.

After 3 months on a 12 months full speed fibre plan, speed tests indicate throttled speeds nearer the lower plan speeds. After countless hours waiting on the phone on hold, then speed testing with a test router, Now BB ran out of ideas and then charged me the costs of the 'test' router that was on loan! We have been with NOW for over 10 years. Have had no problems at all. Very helpful when it came to updating things and are always helpful with payment plans.
