After 3 months on a 12 months full speed fibre plan, speed tests indicate throttled speeds nearer the lower plan speeds. After countless hours waiting on the phone on hold, then speed testing with a test router, Now BB ran out of ideas and then charged me the costs of the 'test' router that was on loan! We have been with NOW for over 10 years. Have had no problems at all. Very helpful when it came to updating things and are always helpful with payment plans.
