What do I need to do to claim the Free Broadband Credit? To qualify, please make sure you:
1. Register while the offer is open
Use Check your address form above to check if your address is eligible. Choose your plan and fill out the online form using your physical address (the same address that received this offer) and a valid email .

2. Are the right person to sign up
You must be able to be the broadband account holder at that address.
You must not already have an active fibre connection when you register (unless Chorus or your provider has told you otherwise).
3. Use the same details for your fibre order
The email and address you use to register must match the details on your fibre broadband order for a Chorus connection.
4. Keep your fibre active for at least 30 days
