I was with Orcon for 11 years and they were alway great, but it looks like everyone has caught up with them and they are no different from the other players, just a bit pricey compared to some of the new guys

Are "there" without anything else
Are we getting best bang for our buck?

If I could give them -10 for customer service I would. They are virtually useless at getting a device connected. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

The change has been horrible. I am still being billed by Slingshot. Orcon says they have started my new account hence started my billing yet I cannot access internet. It is so frustrating, I would not recommend anyone to change their provider in the future.

Do not get orcon! Our internet hasn't worked for 4 weeks and we have phobed then numerous times and our internet remains unfixed. Very unhelpful, very unreliable. Do not recommend!!
Works fine when internet is working, but if it doesn't work they will never fix it and still expect you to pay in full
