A good usually fast, usually reliable service. A pity about the support. Although a reasonable first response time there is hardly ever a resolution. Finally it you just stop getting any communication. ie, it has been passed to our 2nd level support, then one more call asking all the same questions, after that NOTHING!!!
Speed, reliability and cost.

Worst Support I have ever experienced. They know nothing about NZ, all pinoys. Internet is always choking slow or broken. My part time job from last 1 month is to call their retarded support staff everyday who don't even let you speak and keep regurgitating scripted lines or cut you off or put you on hold. So called technical support don't even understand basic IT/networking terms.
None; ( my internet crashed twice while writing this review; had to write 3 times)
Support, reliability, speed. I wish they go bankrupt soon.
