Mark 3.4

For a gigabit connection this connection is disappointing. Used to regularly get download speeds >800mbps but since March very rarely get over 300mbps. Only time I ever here from them is when the bill is due.

Pros

Very few outages.

Cons

Supplied modem is rubbish and not even worth the delivery fee, lucky to get 30% of advertised speed, no communication with customers asides from billing.

I have never had an issue with speed or reliability, the costs are up there. My reason for leaving bigpipe is the customer service, it is so difficult to deal with them sometimes and can take too long to sort issues over email and messenger. I’m going back to a provider I can call when I need help.

Great provider. Was a little disappointed they wouldn't compete with market rates, as their monthly broadband cost is quite a bit more than other companies.

Pros

Easy set up for fiber and it was free!

Cons

Didn't reduce price at the end of term, otherwise would've stayed with them!

Worst internet provider. Doesn’t reply to my email (even though they are supposed to get back to me within 1-2 biz days) and I pretty much am not paying for a proper functioning wifi, it’s been almost 3 months. Would give no stars but 1 is the lowest.
