Terms and conditions

  • Offer is available to new and existing Farmside customers signing up to any of Farmside ADSL/VDSL/Fibre/RBI Wireless or Satellite Broadband plans for a 24-month term. 
  • A new customer can sign up for an eligible 24-month contract with Farmside and select from free install valued at $99 or 2 months broadband free.
  • If a customer selects 2 months free broadband, the customer will be charged an install fee of $99.
  • 2 months free: only applies to the standard monthly plan charge and is applied when your broadband becomes active and will appear on your first or second bill and will be debited back if plan is downgraded during the first 6 months of the term or terminated before the end of the term.  
  • Free install offer: standard installation only, travel fees may apply. Additional charges apply for a Non-Standard install.
  • Additional charges may apply for non-standard travel. For more information call Farmside on 0800 697 327. 
  • Early Disconnection Fees apply.
  • Broadband services not available everywhere.  Connection not guaranteed.  
  • Farmside will supply required equipment. $15 modem postage and handling fee applies.
