Tried to upgrade and get faster internet. They changed the router and modem and it dropped to 1.2mbps after originally having roughly 5 Mbps

Never had download speed faster than 30mbps despite paying for 100mbps, have logged with them multiple times and had no resolution.
Cheap because I said I was going to leave
Support is terrible. Although I have found using the online contact better than calling.

Never changed broadband provides made enquiries for a cheaper prices. Vodafone will phone back 24 to 48 hours. As I need to speak to the person when I cancelled SKY with.
Mobile phone people are nice.
Not one of the leadering companies offering cheapest broadband deals.

Huge problems with the billing when we merged our Sky services with Vodafone, went on for months, addresses were never right, monthly pricing was never the same as quoted from the sales team on the initial sign up. And now we have frequent disconnections on our ADSL connection.

Having recently moved, I gave Vodafone six weeks notice of my move to another city. I was on ADSL, moving to Fibre which was already installed in my new house. I also wanted a landline. It was agreed that a techie would arrive at my house on the day of our move. It is now two weeks later, and we have seen nobody. Vodafone call centre staff are extremely good at making apologies and promises.
Vodafone is clearly incapable of keeping to their word or commitments. Nobody has a good word about the company.

We have Vodafone Wireless 4G Broadband for home (antenna on exterior of house)
Gold for rural properties. Copper lines are shit, and slow (when it's working).
4G is super fast and has been totally reliable for 5 in our household :)
The modem is hardwired from the antenna, which means the modem (ideally) needs to be next to an external wall, and once its installed it cant easily be moved to a new position.
