I don’t have an issue with performance speed or reliability from my current service provider Vodafone. However I feel that what I am paying is an exorbitant amount for my current service and believe that there must be a better offer available.
My biggest gripe is the customer call centers. They seem to be repetitive waste of time. Issues are not resolved easily. I am at the point where I prefer to avoid calling due to the waste of time incurred.
Reliable service speed.
Offers with related services landline Bestmates has a perceived better dollar value.
I feel they perform a good job with email connectivity.
The Call Centers are repetitive time wasters. The foreign accented representatives are harder to understand, which makes the experience all the more taxing.
The overall perceived dollar value is medium to low.

Definitely wouldn't recommend. Every customer service rep I dealt with gave different stories. Spent 6 weeks battling with lost internet - very time consuming, very frustrating.
Data on mobile when internet down.

Worst customer service in New zealand for any telco related company. Most of the staff have minimal knowledge of the job required and read off a scripted card for every issue. If your issue needs to get escalated you will have to wait another 30 mins to hear the same scripted responses.

We have VDSL most of the time it's like dial-up! Constantly dropping off the network.
