We have VDSL most of the time it's like dial-up! Constantly dropping off the network.

Currently haven't moved as my choice of Stuff wanted credit card payment or direct debit. I am not prepared to do either, so still looking.
Vodafone promised to come back to me as my contract ended but still no contact and I have even reminded them

Generally satisfactory, but when I hit a problem, most unsatisfactory ( no work order number, long delays,new person with every call, resulting in constant repetition of my problem).

Have Vodafone unlimited ADSL broadband service/no home phone, was on 1 year contract period, which has recently expired. Would like to be offered a great deal based on review of account & usage but contact so far has been vodafone sales people calling me at work, trying to up-sell me into fibre plans with a contract period. Would like to receive other options based on our usage/needs & pricing/deals offered to us as valued existing customers.
Service is fine for our usage & service is reliable in our area + we receive $10/month discount with mobile on account with Vodafone. Free Neon subscription with contract
Don't feel existing customers are offered deals or incentives once signed on + given you are locked into contract period on signup Vodafone still seems pricey for standard adsl. vdsl service not available as stops just ...read more

The worst customer service I've experienced in my life

We got rid of the ISP supplied modem router as they always slow down and limit your Ultra fibre mps.
We paid for a top of the line Netgear 4 channel 1gig Unit. We now average 98mps plus... and never struggle for speed..... ever!!
Vodafone offer us mobile sky and broadband package slightly cheaper together...but we spend around $450 per month so you would expect nothing less.
Brodd Band Ulyr Fibre unlimited monthly pricing here is still far too HIGH and unacceptable when compared to our Main Cities and International Pricing for same..... we ARE being ripped OFF.... absolutely no doubt.....

I DO NOT USE MY COMPUTER VERY MUCH AND I FEEL THAT MY MONTHLY ACCOUNT IS OVER PRICED COMPARED TO OTHER BROAD BAND SERVERS I PAY
464.99 A MONTH AND SOME SERVERS ARE ONLY $55.00 I USE ONLY 3 GB PER MONTH

Great customer support
Internet connection is reliable, didn't experience any sudden/unscheduled network breakdown during the past 2 years with them.
Speed is not always fast, normally getting slower during night times
Relatively expensive, especially after exceed the data allowance and they don't offer any sorts of temporary add-on data package or anything similar
