The worst experience ever!
If you have to contact customer support you are doomed.
Installation process was absolutely horrible. They lied multiple times about several facts that didn't happened and said what you wanted to hear in order for you to finish the conversation.
Installation takes ages and if you are a new tenant there is a high chance they will mix the tenants!
Incredibly unreliable in terms of connection speed.

Been a Vodafone customer for 5+ years now. I have been trying to get them to assist with a Modem Router issue that is not even a year old for the last 4 weeks and have not been having much luck. I am looking to shop elsewhere now for a decent connection and support.

On Vodafone Cable 50. Have been experiencing constant dropouts . Also paying $160p/m for Internet/phone/TV package. I'm a long time customer, and recieved some vouchers in the mail yesterday to say thanks for sticking with them. Pretty offended tbh, as they could have offered to upgrade us to FIBREX and reduce our monthly spend at the same time. Unlimited Ultra Fast Cable 100/10 and home phone
Add-on deals have been very good.
Support and sales calls have been answered within 5 minutes.
Having other people moan about Vodafone.

Tried to upgrade and get faster internet. They changed the router and modem and it dropped to 1.2mbps after originally having roughly 5 Mbps

Never had download speed faster than 30mbps despite paying for 100mbps, have logged with them multiple times and had no resolution.

Never changed broadband provides made enquiries for a cheaper prices. Vodafone will phone back 24 to 48 hours. As I need to speak to the person when I cancelled SKY with.
Mobile phone people are nice.
Not one of the leadering companies offering cheapest broadband deals.

Fibre seems to be slower than my old broadband connection
