Given them another chance but still crap

Pros:

Free cheap, crappy modem - we're on our 2nd one

Cons:

Unreliable vdsl - connection drops off regularly, speed slow & variable daily/ weekly, hate speaking with customer who are a million miles away

OK speed, OK reliability, incredibly poor support. Need to spend some of their massive profits on NZ based customer service.

Pros:

Stable, reasonably consistent speeds.

Cons:

Cut off my phone for a week during install. Be prepared to wait, and wait... and wait for service calls.

Would have given a lower rating but system only goes as low as one.

Pros:

Desperately needs some pros to replace the amateurs.

Cons:

They all work for Spark.

We been with NZ Post Office/Telecom/Spark for over 45 years.
The last 5 monthly bills have all had a massive error.
They charging us for 100/30 & 200/30 at same time.
Each month we ring up and tell them and they correct it, but for 5 months

Pros:

Speed pretty good I average 96/30

Cons:

Cant sort their sodden billing out

Not very competitive on price, until you threaten to switch to another ISP, then price reductions are suddenly offered

Pros:

Probably the best for speed on ADSL(can't get VDSL & no fibre till 2018 here in Te Atatu)

Cons:

Terrible customer wait times to get through to them if u are having speed or connection issues (always in the wet winter months with copper lines)

Stuck for 12mth on VDSL. Price is crazy!

Pros:

available everywhere, free router

Cons:

-price,
- speed (13mbps on VDSL),
- support (waiting for hours to call them. 15 min of waiting to have an "on-line chat" - it's not on-line...)
