Prices kept going up. Apparently there was a special offer which was available to me but they didn't advise me of that until I indicated that I wanted to terminate the contract.
Good reliability and reasonable speed most of the time

my current provider is spark- ( I have been with spark for the last 8 years. The problem i was facing was the billing issues and happened quite few times as i had to call them to change my billing amounts as per agreement. The other issue iam facing now is the broadband modem which iam having problem with and nothing been done to replace till now.

Very slow internet at times, even though we are on fibre at 200. Pay too much for it. No help from faults service.

The fibre install was fairly efficient. I had to insist on it being put underground. We had one outage when another customer was being connected, and I wonder if the overhead cables along the street will survive in a big storm

JuJust go to Spark in thames if you want totally incompetent staff. And dont worry its not their fault theyll just put it on your account
