This is a good cheap option. It is just the amount of time I cant connect to the internet is really annoying.
A cheap option if you need a phone as well. Customer service is top quality.
There are some days (particulary mornings) that I can not connect to the internet. It is really annoying.

Horrible support and speed not constant - sometimes much lower than agreed
Price is reasonable

Speed is super variable, often slow in the evening and weekends (you know, when you actually use it), cuts out - the modem they supplied is terrible, and often needs resetting, customer service is horrible - instead of trying to work with you, they just try and blame you for issues with their service. I'm actively looking to change provider...
Cheapest no contract plan
Variable speed, unreliable connection, terrible customer service

A cheap provider but with highly variable speeds, particularly in the evening. Could really tell that it slowed down. Online assistance not very helpful.

If you don't mind being completely disconnected for several periods of 5-20 minutes each and every day and technical support that treats you like a moronic liar, then this is the ISP for you!
Quite good prices
Several random periods each day of no internet access

With psn constant disconnects.
They have issues with connection to gaming servers which makes it impossible to use.

I love the customer service. They answer the phone really fast. The main problem I have is at times the internet will disconnect. It can be hard to get reconnected. I assume it is when the lines are busy. There are also times its quite slow. I do like that there is no contract so I have the option to change if I want to.
Customer service and good price
Can be slow and disconnect.
