The internet service is fine, but the customer service is appalling. Unfortunately, the service and support became so bad I needed to swap providers.

Good reliable internet
Cons
If anything goes wrong, or you need to move house, or need to upgrade or need tech support - then interactions with customer support are atrocious. Worth going to another provider on that basis alone.

there support staff did not know what was going on, for 5 months kept being told they would get things fixed for me and nothing happened to being told i didn't have a contract

Phone support could be great once you got thru. Have spent 15min waiting for 1st contact and then another 15min being transferred to another department to register information the 1st person could have entered into our file !!!! why

Really disappointed with Vodafone after years of loyalty. Spent a month trying to get my landline reconnected after moving house and they just didn't do it. Hours on the phone being passed around. useless.

Customer support is the worst ever, I get transferred to another line (after waiting nearly 30mins to speak with someone), get an automated message saying they are busy and get told to ring back later before they hang up on me. Contacting via online or email harbours useless response, I am still waiting for a reply from a message sent over two weeks ago. Have dealt with deceitful operator who changed my plan to a cheaper option because I was a loyal long term customer to later discovering he had put me on a Vodafone TV plan where I pay an extra $29.95 in 12 months - to which I had already told him I wasn't interested in that product and was sent a box anyway. I was never sent a contract and they changed my account. Horrible experience trying to sort everything out and it has not been resolved. ...read more

Interent ran reasonanly well although I always had problems streaming on my laptop - for whatever reason.
Cons
Customer service is the biggest problem.
