Major internet and phone problems for months - and to a lesser degree for the previous 2 1/2 years of poor internet and constant phone problems. This year Vodafone "service" turned into an absolute nightmare!
60 and more internet dropouts - in an HOUR- for months??
Numerous phone problems 'Number does not exist" etc etc
Finally - I PHONED Chorus- they were appalled.. Fixed in FIVE MINUTES - thanks Vodafone for your useless "service"
.I requested recompense for months of non service ...Customer :"Care"! Rep is as useless and unprofessional as their online " reps.
DO NOT use this Provider - pretty much any other Provider is better-

Their customer service is appalling. You often wait for 40 minutes while listening to - amongst other music genres - hip-hop. When you finally get through to Technical Support, they claim they cannot help you and put you through to Sales, who also claim they cannot help you and send you back to Technical Support. By then a recording of Carole Hirshfeld politely informs you that you're outside of business hours and promptly hangs up.

Home Phone costs extra - as it is with other providers - caller ID is not standard; that is also an extra cost. And national calling from the Home Phone is also not free - you have to nominate a maximum of five 'friends and family'. They are more expensive than most providers. ...read more

A nightmare to deal with. They disconnected us by mistake. We had to go days without internet , spent hours on the phone speaking to so many different people as I got transferred and each time I had to start all over again with my details and concerns . And itΓÇÖs not the first time. Internet also crashed 3 times in 3 weeks , each time resulting in phone calls and transfers . Arghhh!!! Will leave them .
