Really disappointed with Vodafone after years of loyalty. Spent a month trying to get my landline reconnected after moving house and they just didn't do it. Hours on the phone being passed around. useless.
Pros
Used to be a good service.
Cons
Long wait times to speak with ninjas. Slow Internet that kept dropping out.

Customer support is the worst ever, I get transferred to another line (after waiting nearly 30mins to speak with someone), get an automated message saying they are busy and get told to ring back later before they hang up on me. Contacting via online or email harbours useless response, I am still waiting for a reply from a message sent over two weeks ago. Have dealt with deceitful operator who changed my plan to a cheaper option because I was a loyal long term customer to later discovering he had put me on a Vodafone TV plan where I pay an extra $29.95 in 12 months - to which I had already told him I wasn't interested in that product and was sent a box anyway. Interent ran reasonanly well although I always had problems streaming on my laptop - for whatever reason.
Cons
Customer service is the biggest problem.

I forgot to pay my bill once and they cut off my internet access without any warning. Very poor.

We were clear customers from their beginning but when Vodafone took over no end of problems from slow internet to plans offered that never happened and staff we don’t care. Company to big to care about its customers they just say go to another company then.

Billing department goes out of their way to help
Cons
fibre slowed than vdsl. After 10:5 months of one problem after another and no one wanting to listen we had enough. Took 8 months to get fibre connected.

Mobile bundle discount, provides extra data to cover failure if bundled with mobile

Service drops off frequently, too long on hold

Vodafone Broadband has responded to Spark's Netflix partnership by teaming up with NEON to offer customers a 12 month subscription when they sign up to any Unlimited Broadband plan for a 12 or 24 month term.
