    • Vodafone will send all eligible broadband customers an email with a unique NEON promo code within 6-10 working days of the connection of their Broadband service. 
    • If you leave Vodafone while you are receiving your promotional NEON offer, your NEON will be cancelled.

    Activating your Promo Code

    • To activate NEON services, go to NEON neontv.co.nz/signup and enter your details and promo code.
    • If you are an existing NEON customer you need to cancel your current NEON subscription and wait until your subscription has completely finished before you can redeem your promo code.

    Activating your Promo Code

Avoid Vodafone because they are just too disorganised. We tried to change the name on our account name which resulted in them not sending any bills despite repeated requests. They then called in the debt collectors although they continued to provide a connection. When the connection was finally terminated we rang up the number on the message they sent and they told us we didn't have an account, would we like to open one ...

When we shifted house recently, we were persuaded to to keep the Vodafone broadband we've had for 15 years because it included a special deal with SkyTV and we were promised that emails to our old IHUG address would be forwarded to our new email address. The couple of months since we made this agreement have been a complete tale of woe and incompetence and we have not been provided with what we were promised. The broadband drops out quite frequently but is "OK". The billing was excessive and completely out of line with what we agreed. The emails have not been forwarded. But, as we tried to work through these issues, we were aghast to find the service, whether by phone or email, is appallingly bad, just unbelievably atrocious. Being a long-standing customer counts for nothing. Waiting times are excessive, promises and agreements are broken, nobody seems to know what's going on, some of the call centre staff are downright rude, even blaming us for their failures, and nothing gets fixed. ...read more

Phone use to cut out but later found out it was the connection station.

Moved to cumpass bad choice, then my republic very bad choice

You cannot contact them via email - When you need to contact them by telephone it’s so frustrating it makes you angry! Firstly, you go through several numbers to choose which department you need! Secondly, you have to wait up to 20 minutes or more, listening to some singer screeching into your ear!! Thirdly you speak with people with thick accents, which sometimes you have to keep asking them to repeat what they are saying, fourthly, they get it wrong, and they have not resolved the problem, therefore you go have to go through the process all over again!! ...read more

The overall service was good, but the customer support was diabolical to say the least. CS call centre was located overseas in the Philippines which was OK but when they referred me back to New Zealand, the local customer service was diabolical. Impoliteand giving the impression of being under huge pressure or unknowledgeable of the product or service that was being discussed. Nt the cheapest provider either!

Vodafone we’re just terrible. Fibre install was months late. We spent hours on hold trying to get things sorted. They overcharged us by hundreds and made us wait months to get the account reconciled. Absolutely terrible!

I left because I tried to speak with someone about my account and pricing and, unbelievable but true, I couldn't speak to ANYONE in New Zealand who could help me. There are so many divisions that they'd all say they couldn't help but so-and-so could, then they'd transfer me. EVERY TIME I'd end up back with the automated answer woman who fed me back into the 'customer support' service IN THE PHILIPPINES! I don't have to tell you how useless that is.
