Huge problems with the billing when we merged our Sky services with Vodafone, went on for months, addresses were never right, monthly pricing was never the same as quoted from the sales team on the initial sign up. And now we have frequent disconnections on our ADSL connection.
Poor speeds, poor customer service

Having recently moved, I gave Vodafone six weeks notice of my move to another city. I was on ADSL, moving to Fibre which was already installed in my new house. I also wanted a landline. It was agreed that a techie would arrive at my house on the day of our move. It is now two weeks later, and we have seen nobody. A modem was couriered to our house, but arrived the week before our move, so the tenant sent it back. The was re-sent to us, arriving a week later, but I was expecte ...read more
Vodafone call centre staff are extremely good at making apologies and promises.
Vodafone is clearly incapable of keeping to their word or commitments. Nobody has a good word about the company.

We have Vodafone Wireless 4G Broadband for home (antenna on exterior of house)
Gold for rural properties. Copper lines are shit, and slow (when it's working).
4G is super fast and has been totally reliable for 5 in our household :)
The modem is hardwired from the antenna, which means the modem (ideally) needs to be next to an external wall, and once its installed it cant easily be moved to a new position.

Not very impressed overall
They can offer discount on sky but vodafone tv sucks
Modem had very little range. They didnt offer any help with positioning it more centrally in the house.

Good for adsl, but would have liked to be phone-less but they would not let me.
1. You have to deal with an off shore customer service call centre.

We have had a contact with these guys now for 3 years, but thanks to the cheap Huawei modem that they have insisted on making us use since moving to fibre as this uses VOIP all the speeds have decreased, after contacting them for support got told over and over that we can not run VOIP on our modem.
Great if you want to be locked into a contact only to have them turn around and tell you that they have been lying to u
1. SOooooo slow.
2. Modem that "is the greatest" according to customer service crashes all that time.
3. No phone for hours during the day (lucky we don't need nurse call)
