Removal of email is a backwards move by vodafone. because of this we will take all our boradband services to another company. The looser is vodafone with an extimated 100000-200000 subcribers being effected if 20% leave this would be a big loss to them.

Cutting e-mail was the final straw, which was followed by the insult of increasing costs unless I signed into a 24mth contract. The shoddy communication - the media told me first about the e-mail, lack of consultation, arrogance and shitty options completed the abysmal picture

I have been renting and not had a Broadband provider myself for the last six months. I was with Vodafone primarily because my options were limited in the rural location I came from and my mobile is with Vodafone.
They have an 'always connected' service that I found very useful. While you are waiting for a connection, they provide free unlimited mobile data.
Call wait times to Customer Service has always been an issue.

Vodafone boardband was no longer working for me they cut me of when I had paid them and ask for more money to get put back on

We have found unlimited fibre for the same price as the VDSL plan we were on.
Vodafone speed was erratic and dropped away for no apparent reason.

I haven't needed any support as yet so can't comment.
I don't need or use extra features of any consequence apart from the landline - No problems there.
Don't know about value as this is the first time I have seen comparisons for my address.
Vodafone was my existing provider, so no dramas with switching to UFB and only $1/month change in monthly bill.
Chorus haven't been to remove the old copper wire connection

Main complaint about Vodafone is that if there is a problem it takes forever to get support on the phone
Cable is the best and fastest available connection in my area pending the eventual roll out of fibre

Absolutely and easily the worst service I have ever experienced. Would definitely NOT recommend!
