I rang Vodafone two weeks ago to ask them about matching the rates being offered in the market. The person I spoke to said I needed to talk to Sales and the proceeded to transfer to a number for which there was no one there to answer (was the weekend). I rang a second time and someone promised they'd get Sales to call me - I gave them a week to call me but no one did. I therefore thought if they are not interested in keeping my business, I'll go with someone else (which I since have).
I've just got sick of the continual run around I get whenever i ring them.

Moving from VDSL to Fibre and their offer didn't seem very good value especially for exisiting customers

Dont try and use the 0800 number to discuss your account cos youll wait till the cows come home

Just want your money and thats about it. Try and downsize plans and see if its easy...NAH

No issues with reliability or speed. Support was a bit slower than hoped... but they're a big company
Value. great value if you have your mobile with them and get the saving. Also a big fan of what's on Neon so a good deal for me
Wait a bit for them to answer the phone. But OK if you call at funny hours

Internet speed is appalling even though we pay the for the fastest possible connection with unlimited data. Customer service is virtually non-existent.

Get a drop off in speed an connection reliability in the early evening.
Use for mobile and broadband.
Spend lots of money on marketing with new offers to new clients but offer little incentive to existing customers to retain their loyalty.

Too many issues with internet randomly dropping out. Pretty slow too.

Avoid Vodafone because they are just too disorganised. We tried to change the name on our account name which resulted in them not sending any bills despite repeated requests. They then called in the debt collectors although they continued to provide a connection. When the connection was finally terminated we rang up the number on the message they sent and they told us we didn't have an account, would we like to open one ...
