Upgraded some time ago to Fibre 100 plan. Ookla speed test gives 41Mbps max download and 12Mbps max upload with large variables in these ranges during the evenings. Watching local TVNZ on-demand results in reduced resolution, buffering and occasional drop-outs.
Reboot of WLAN is sometimes required.
In short, the plan was upgraded from basic to Fibre 100, but the speeds are still being held to that of basic.
Phone on VOIP
VOIP delay echo.
Network provider - Ultrafast Fibre say the fibre is 1Gbps capable.
Vodafone are yet to remotely demonstrate a 10th of that speed.

Took over 30 minutes to answer phone
On a call back (occurred when I was on a noisy bus!) offered me plan options, one of which I chose. Operator was good, but i was expecting an email confirmation of the options discussed and plan details (website not that great at showing pricing options etc.). Never received.
Complained using their website.
Still haven't received plan confirmation - only an invoivce with billing changes - but no plan de ...read more

Average ping&speed over last two months for FibreX 200 plan: ping 32ms & download 55Mbps (highest 72Mbps)
Is it honest to offer up-to 200Mbps and never supply more than a third of that?

The coverage map for our location is incorrect!!!!!!!!!! Impossible to get this corrected.
Spark has a much superior signal but it is without anyone who will provide the service.

I have the 200Mbps 'FibreX' plan, which replaced TeltraClear cable. Performance and the level of support have declined steadily since Vodafone took over TelstraClear.
Theoretically very fast
Speed varies widely but is typically around half the advertised rate.
Calls to support typically take 30 mins to answer
Static IP is an extra cost

After two years of paying vodafone $177.33 per month for their Sky package (1) basic (2) sport (3) movies plus home phone plus unlimited broadband, I suddenly got a bill for $304.49. Similar to every other supplier but terrible communication problems if you are lucky enough to get through to them by phone.
Extremely difficult to make contact by phone...also hard to make contact with someone who can actually help you.

For the last two years My Broadband , home phone and Sky TV package cost $177.33 This month I got a bill for $302.63 and have tried to find out why and what can I do about it. I spoke to someone (several) by phone and thought it was sorted but got new bill for this month with increase of another$18.00 on top for late payment. I have had enough of hanging at end of phone for really long periods and getting nowhere so am changing everything to better providers.!!!

At the end of the previous 12 month period,I was offered a NEW deal. On paper this was GREAT - except when the first bill arrived I noticed nothing of these new "loyalty" promises. After battling for 3 months to get them to fix this, I still don't have any luck in being charged for what I have been offered - bye, bye Vodafone...
Make offers to existing customers and then NOT sticking to the offered deal

Response to queries is pathetic. When we moved I cannot count the number of times we had to call to finally get connections we wanted. This included our Sky connection which is through Vodafone. The latest query which included a request re VDSL availability has still not been answered from over a month ago despite follow ups.
