Poor customer services, they just keep transferring your calls to different department s if you have problems and are very rude, lot expensive when compared to other providers
They offer discount if you have phone on plan
Broadband speed is not reliable,its never stable and more expensive than other providers

OK Provider, no major issues - but only stayed with them to keep my email address (which I had for years)

Well, they have decided to stop supporting Paradise.net.nz and so far i have spent over 12 hours enlightening my email contacts of this, but more time consuming: changing all my commercial online contacts...what a drag! I have had a paradise address for 20 years and I will definitely loose tract of some people through this. I am not at all pleased by this violation with my contract and will now change providers. Not easy at all in some cases! And now I have to go in and redo ...read more
i havent had time to research my alterntives yet as i am on a fixed income and need to install broadband so cant really sign my name to this can i!

We have been with Vodafone for years and they have not attempted to contact us to link us to Fibre and improve our deal so I have gone elsewhere

Costs using the cable are cheaper than any of the "same speed" UFB plans available in our area.
The cable pricing we have includes the ol' landline, and 200Mbps download speed.
UFB pricing comparisons we've made would only include the ol' landline for extra cost.
