They don’t reply to my msg if they don’t want to. It seems they don’t care about customers , also don’t care whether if client stays or leaves

Currently Off shore support has driven me crazy with my account being changed twice while asking about setting up a fibre account and about having fibre installed up a shared drive way, so I gave up and changed property. Old technical support use to be great.

Vodafone was pretty good but it was annoying having to get a new email address. I found they weren't very easy to communicate with. One customer number 777, didn't seem to respond. I felt I was paying too much for data and wanted to have more flexibility with fibre.
A major player and had those advantages. Did offer a good deal for a new broadband contract for 12 months. However after many years with them, I was keen to explore other options.
Communication not always easy. I found the extra data I had to pay for on my plan could be overcome with fibre.

Ok - Support is terrible and slow. Billing issues are resolved but not without plenty of time wasted on the phone
Once set up, speed and up time was good. Supplied router was so-so
Any time you want changes to your plan (i.e. upgrade on speed, add phone line etc etc) things seem to fall over. Its never seamless! Expect to spend an hour on the phone any time you need to call them.

Overall good value. Vodafone tried to charge me for new modem after lightening fried it. A lengthy phone call reversed this charge. I have been with them for many years. Do ask what else can they offer to get add-ons or $$ off.
Quality has been great. Phone service much better than 5 yrs ago.
Still could/ should be cheaper in nz

Despite lots of negative reviews our switch to Vodafone from EE went flawlessly without any interruption from broadband connection. 100% points from start to finish.
Exact same broadband speed and connection from previous supplier for half the price.

Didn't change name on acct despite us requesting several times, don't make it easy to switch plans

I rang Vodafone two weeks ago to ask them about matching the rates being offered in the market. The person I spoke to said I needed to talk to Sales and the proceeded to transfer to a number for which there was no one there to answer (was the weekend). I rang a second time and someone promised they'd get Sales to call me - I gave them a week to call me but no one did. I therefore thought if they are not interested in keeping my business, I'll go with someone else (which I since have).
I've just got sick of the continual run around I get whenever i ring them.
