Vodafone are the second largest broadband provider in New Zealand. As one of the largest broadband providers in the country, Vodafone offer a broad range of plans with a variety of features and benefits to suit their customers – unlimited or capped plans, rural broadband plan, Fibre, VDSL or ADSL.

Vodafone offer some great value broadband plans and have a great reputation. The Vodafone Always Connected Promise applies to your home, fixed line, and broadband connection. If your home broadband stops working, the Vodafone service team will do their best to fix it straight away. If they can’t Customer Care will add enough mobile data to an eligible Vodafone mobile, so you can stay connected while they get it sorted.

Vodafone offer discounts if you bundle your mobile and broadband with them. Fridays will be your favourite day of the week with their Fantastic Friday offers and discounts, like cheap movie tickets, music and sport ticket and more. Vodafone Ninjas are available in store, online or on the phone to help with any technical questions

switch to wireless broadband after receiving mailed sell from Vodafone.
3 weeks after the switch, no service. received email that I had run out of data. (max with wireless is 120GB). After hours of waiting on the phone being passed on to various departments, found out that with wireless, I couldn't purchase unlimited data, only 15GB add ons. This only lasted for 3 hours !!!

customer service 0/100 breathtakingly bad, I signed up and cancelled within a month as I simply could not get hold of a customer service rep and when I did they did not follow up as promised. was left for 19 days without a landline due to pure incompetence.

We had nothing but trouble with their billing incorrectly and would wait upwards of 20 mins each time I needed to query a bill sometimes getting cut off at that point. So frustrating.

On average we would lose internet completely 2 - 3 times a year and it would take anything up to 6 days to get it back on.
Talking to foreigners was frustrating.

Vodafone was reliable enough, there was a time when it was impossible to get technical support but they've improved. My new deal seems to pretty good compared with the offers from Vodaphone.
