Vodafone offer some great value broadband plans and have a great reputation. The Vodafone Always Connected Promise applies to your home, fixed line, and broadband connection. If your home broadband stops working, the Vodafone service team will do their best to fix it straight away. If they can’t Customer Care will add enough mobile data to an eligible Vodafone mobile, so you can stay connected while they get it sorted.

Vodafone offer discounts if you bundle your mobile and broadband with them. Fridays will be your favourite day of the week with their Fantastic Friday offers and discounts, like cheap movie tickets, music and sport ticket and more. Vodafone Ninjas are available in store, online or on the phone to help with any technical questions

I tried to call Vodafone to find out what my excess data charges would be after changing my plan. I was transferred between departments for 1 hour and nobody could tell me. I'll be leaving vodafone after this

the only complaint I had regarding vodafone was they gave me a loyalty discount of $10 although I kept on repeatedly getting charged the full amount no matter how many times I contacted them about and it, it may have been my imagination but at the end of each month it always seem to go really slowititle

ARROGANT, ignorant, don't listen and get all requests wrong. Still trying to fix issues since April. Apologies are empty and totally dismissive of my problems which Vodafone created with their ineptitude. Can't wait to leave after 17 years of loyalty.
As above. They don't deserve any more of my time.

We were with Vodafone for almost a decade over multiple properties. We had fibre installed through them. Our speeds started dropping and we couldn't even load basic websites such as Gmail. We enquired about a new router but we're told we would be charged. So we changed and got a better deal and a new router. Easy way to lose a customer.
Never had issues to call about
When issue did arrive they weren't helpful and had to speak to an Indian helpdesk who couldn't understand half of what I said.

Vodafone Broadband has responded to Spark's Netflix partnership by teaming up with NEON to offer customers a 12 month subscription when they sign up to any Unlimited Broadband plan for a 12 or 24 month term.
