Plan includes landline phone and 100GB 3G broadband (ex Telstra Clear) for about $80 per month.

Pros:

Landline works as it should and have had very few problems with the internet. Speed is probably on par with other 3G providers and presents no problems. Very reliable. Not sure if my PC and laptop are capable of taking the 4G, and the extra cost of upgrading the plan not a pleasant thought. Phone and 100GB of slightly slower internet a month not bad at around $80. ...read more

Cons:

I cannot think of anything negative about the plan.

nobody there communicates with each other, pricing and discounts we were promised were never applied, had to ring so often to get them done that we gave up. internet cuts out at least twice a day, very unreliable but they say they wont do anything unless it cuts out more often cos that's not considered a problem!

After well over a decade with Vodafone their recent behaviour has been nothing short of appalling.
Having had years of incredibly slow ADSL service they promised to give me a rural mobile connection. Except there’s no signal. I tried for hours trying to get thru’ to explain this and only suffered prolonged exposure to their dreadful musak. At no time did they make contact and, in the meantime, cut off my ADSL connection. Then told me I should ‘be grateful’ that they would reconnect me within 9 days. Finally they did. Then disconnected me again 3 days later.
Then I was told that I was a new customer and that, again, I should be grateful to have a connection within 9 days.
Despite repeated requests to remove my ‘new customer account number’ I now find I’m being billed twice each month..... one for each account. On top of this Vodafone said they would test the line. Tho’ not a request from me I now also have a demand for $160 for a ‘technicians fee’.
I tried again last week to talk to someone sane only to be referred back to the generic number...... and yet more musak.
In the end I gave up and searched for a new provider. They promise me their help desk is in NZ, not in the Philippines.
As a ‘communications company’ Vodafone is hopeless. They can’t even communicate between their own departments. I’ve had years of very expensive ‘slowband’ and have been shocked at their treatment of me.

Pros:

Big company?

Cons:

Terrible, terrible, terrible service ... if you can get someone to serve you.

Really unhappy with the company who laid fibre to my house.Missed appointments.Poor communication.I had no phone for a week as the installer had gone to Auckland.Eventually got a local Chorus technician to fix it.Installers misled both myself and Vodaphone with regard to appointments.I ended up in an arguement with a Vodaphone call centre about wether fibre was available to my address. They had sent me a card promoting its availability, the call centre claimed it wasnt available.after checking with my neighbours it definitely was available.Next.appointments were made and I ensured I was home .Chorus failed to keep at least 4 appointments and when I queried Vodaphone they only knew as much as me.One of my neighbours had a similer experience.3 months after I had booked to have fibre installed my neighbours had theirs installed although they had only requested a booking 2 weeks prior to their install. When I asked their installer for an explanation he replied that its the way it goes. ...read more

Pros:

Cons:

Getting fibre installed see above .Cost isnt much different from what I was paying before.Changing my email address hacked me off.Less service same cost.

Was ok supplier, but I ditched them when they cancelled my Clearnet E-mail acct. What a pain in the arse that is!

Pros:

Ok supplier- no real issues

Cons:

Service centre is in Malaysia or somewhere, the workers there are on like $1 per day- slave labour.
They cancelled my clear net E-mail....
