They are always fighting to do better and they are proud of their ability to innovate. Their team is filled with amazing people who are knowledgeable and helpful and, basically, just love the Internet. They are small enough company to care and big enough to make a difference.

Orcon is all about the internet and their network is optimised for fibre. That means tonnes of data, plenty of bandwidth, smart data caching technology, and low lag time. They love fast fibre, and that is why they would not dream of doing anything to slow you down like throttling or traffic managing.

They have scrapped data caps and all the plans are now unlimited. They just do not make sense in a world of fibre and 4K Netflix. They want to offer New Zealanders the best broadband possible – and innovation is the way they drive this.

Orcon knows its stuff when it comes to internet. The company was the first to unbundle the local loop, the first to launch a mass-market plug and play VoIP device, and the first to get Kiwis hooked up to ultra-fast broadband.

Worst Support I have ever experienced. They know nothing about NZ, all pinoys. Internet is always choking slow or broken. My part time job from last 1 month is to call their retarded support staff everyday who don't even let you speak and keep regurgitating scripted lines or cut you off or put you on hold. So called technical support don't even understand basic IT/networking terms.

Was a customer for over 2 years never missing payment. They deleted our email and didn't tell us. It took 7 attempts contacting by phone, email and support tockets over a 6 week period to get them to accept it was deleted and get it turned back on. It took me over 6 hours of my time to get a simple explanation and action by Orcon to fix the issue. To top it off our monthly bill was due and I told them I wasn't paying it till I got answers, they have not provided any answers so they have lost our custom. Their quality of representatives is disgusting and unable to understand simple English. Their policy to not help and not value existing customers is even more appalling. Shame on Orcon for there total disregard of customers they should be looking after rather than pushing away.

The CEO's promises made in the New Zealand Herald and on Orcon website state they are the best service provider to give its customers the best services and advanced technology. By deleting their clients services without notification and refusals to fix the issues is an extremely far cry from these promises. Didnt connect me up within 7-10 working days, it took over a month to set me up with ADSL when I was paying for VDSL.
Unstable internet connection for the first month.
No perks of joining VDSL plans.
No solutions from customer service team. And no accountability for poor service. One person tells you one thing another tells you something else.
Billed me cancellation and a number of other charges when I had just joined.
They dont tell you when you sign up that you have to return the modem upon cancellation.
One problem after another..
