Flip Broadband provide only a few different broadband plans as they like to keep things simple.

worst isp ever. first off it took almost a month after signing up to get connected. problems which were all their fault but they blamed us of course. this month with no connection we were still charged for. once we were connected we have had nothing but problems with connection. it generally runs extremely slow and constantly drops off completely.
so in summary flip are basically just criminals who will take your money and give u nothing but shit service.
shit speed, shit connection, shit service

Outright worst experience with an internet provider I've had. Took over a month and hours of phone calls to get an issue outside of our property and they continuously tried to push the fault onto us while still expecting us to pay full price for their faulty services. Would not recommend
Terrible customer service with little care for providing a service that they charge for

Slow, was disappointed when they disconnected me before my cancellation date was reached out

Not impressed at all with their service. Paid $85 per month because we did not want a contract to start off with. I needed to access thru VPN for work but could not connect due to dynamic IP. When I called Flip, I was told that it was not their problem and that I was basically on my own.
Bad customer support and high price.

Only comment is that there was not a number you could call to speak to a person if there is a fault etc.
Very good price for what you get
They do not offer Fibre, no number to talk to a person

Flip has a helpful customer service. However, you kinda have to set up your own modem assisted over the phone if you wish to avoid further costs.
Easy website to use. Hassle free.
Flip does not offer Fibre. Otherwise, I would have stayed with them

I have been with Flip for sometime now. At the beginning they were good & I had several queries that were answered promptly. Now they don't even bother to answer at all.
At the present moment I have no pros. They are really slack. At present I would like to try another ISP but where do I go.
Personally I would not recommend Flip. All good at the start now their charges are increasing so I have asked to be sent an itemised account each month. It appears every month I have an amount that is outstanding. ...read more

Flip is the only ISP I've came across doesn't provide real IP (not static ip) to their customers. In another word, if you need port-forward function you better reconsider.
Reliablely slow, 12MB up & 0.7 down for VDSL
No real IP!!! customers are behind proxy (it has a funcy name - CGNAT)

We left Flip because we've moved into a house with Fibre and they don't provide it.
Great value for products, easy to deal with. Advised alternatives (Orcon or Slingshot) to Flip so that they could waive the early termination fee.
We weren't alerted when we advised that we were moving house to check whether the new house had Fibre and if it did that they wouldn't be able to provide the service for us.
